Made to order, printed in Europe
Every print is made once you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing ships from outside the EU — so there are no customs charges and no month-long waits.
How long it takes
Two stages: we print and frame your order, then it goes in the post.
- Making it: 2–7 business days, depending on size and whether it's framed. Framed prints take longer than rolled ones.
- Posting it to Ireland: a few business days once it's dispatched.
- Rest of the EU and the UK: a little longer, depending on where you are.
You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as it's on its way. Busy periods — Christmas especially — add time at both stages.
Postage costs
Calculated at checkout based on size, whether it's framed, and where it's going. Framed prints cost more to post because they're heavier and better protected.
Packaging
Unframed prints travel flat or rolled in a rigid tube. Framed prints are boxed with corner protection. If it arrives damaged, photograph the packaging as well as the print and email hello@shpot.ie — see returns & refunds.
Outside the EU
We can post further afield, but any import duty or tax is the buyer's responsibility and isn't included at checkout.
