Shipping policy
Everything we sell is made and posted from inside the EU, so there are no customs charges and no long wait from the far side of the world.
Prints
- Ireland: €6, or free on orders over €65
- Ireland, express: €9
- UK €6.50 · Europe €6.90 · US and Canada €9.50 · Australia and New Zealand €8.50 · rest of world €15.90
Prints are printed and framed to order, so allow 2 to 5 working days before the parcel moves, then 2 to 5 working days in the post within Ireland.
Homeware
Our throws and nursery pieces come direct from the workshops that make them, so their delivery is charged separately and honestly, at the rate the maker charges us. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
- Woolish wool throws, from Estonia: €14.99 to Ireland, 4 to 10 working days
- Moi Mili teepees and canopies, from Poland: €9.99 to Ireland. These are made to order in small batches, so allow 2 to 22 working days for the making before the parcel moves
Because these come from the maker rather than from us, a homeware parcel arrives in the maker's own packaging and travels separately from any prints in the same order. If you order both, they arrive as two parcels on different days, and you are charged one delivery rate for each.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking when the parcel is collected.
If something goes missing
If a parcel has not arrived a week after the window above, email hello@shpot.ie with your order number and we will chase it. If it is lost, we replace it or refund you. That is our problem to solve, not yours.
